药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18至60岁的健康男性和女性。
2.有凹陷性痤疮瘢痕。
3.能够并且愿意遵守所有访谈、治疗和评价的时间和要求。
4.能够理解并提供书面的知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy men and women aged 18 years or older;
2. having atrophic acne scars;
3. Ability and willingness to comply with the time and requirements for all interviews, treatment and evaluation;
4. Be able to understand and provide written information.

排除标准：

1.有瘢痕疙瘩病史；
2.前6个月内口服维a酸病史；
3.怀孕和哺乳
4.光敏或目前使用光敏药物
5.已知对利多卡因过敏
6.在过去六个月内接受过任何面部射频或激光治疗
7.使用免疫抑制药物治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. history of keloid;
2. history of oral isotretinoin within the preceding 6 months;
3. pregnancy and lactation;
4. photosensitivity or current use of photosensitive drugs;
5. known allergy to lidocaine;
6. any facial radiofrequency or laser treatment in the last 6 months;
7. therapy with immunosuppressive drugs.
