研究目的：

评估富血小板血浆治疗冻结肩的临床疗效,并与激素注射及盐水注射对比。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy of platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of frozen.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 经病史、查体及影像学检查诊断为冻结肩；
2. 年龄40-60岁；
3. 血小板计数>1.5x10^4；
4. 患者愿意参与研究并放弃任何其他伴随的治疗方式，能够完成随访，提供完整信息。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis of frozen shoulders by medical history, physical examination and imaging examination;
2. Aged 40-60 years;
3. Platelet count > 1.5 x 10^4.
4. The patient is willing to participate in the study and abandon any other accompanying treatments to complete the follow-up and provide complete information.

排除标准：

1. 肩部曾经受过外伤或手术；
2. 肩关节其他疾病；例如肿瘤、自身免疫系统疾病；
3. 治疗前3个月接受过玻璃酸钠或者激素注射；
4. 血液系统紊乱（血小板疾病，血小板减少，以及贫血HB＜9）；
5. 正在进行免疫抑制剂或者华法林治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The shoulder has been traumatized or operated;
2. Other diseases of the shoulder joint; for example, tumors, autoimmune diseases;
3. Received sodium hyaluronate or hormone injection 3 months before treatment;
4. Blood system disorders (platelet disease, thrombocytopenia, and anemia HB<9);
5. In the process of immunosuppressive or warfarin treatment.
