研究目的：

1.评估每日服用乳双歧杆菌XLTG11是否能改善婴幼儿功能性便秘及其伴随症状； 2.对家庭的生活质量、父母对于患儿排便困难程度的感受进行研究。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate whether daily administration of bifidobacterium lactis XLTG11 improves functional constipation and its concomitant symptoms in infants and young children; 2. To study the quality of family life and parents' feelings about children's defecation difficulties.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.罗马Ⅳ诊断标准至少存在以下症状中的两种，症状持续至少 1 个月，并且以下症状不能用另一种疾病解释：每周排便两次或以下；大便潴留病史；排便疼痛或排硬便史；粗便排出史；直肠内存在巨大粪团。同时排除器质性疾病，方可诊断为婴幼儿功能性便秘；
2.足月儿，即胎龄37周至42周；
3.出生体重在 2500 – 4000g；
4.入组年龄：6月-3岁；
5.父母自愿推迟婴儿喂养方式的重大改变；
6.父母自愿并有能力填写日志和调查问卷；
7.书面签署父母知情同意书；
8.在试验期间可以定期有效访视。

Inclusion criteria

1. Rome IV diagnostic criteria at least two of the following symptoms persist for at least 1 month and the following symptoms cannot be explained by another disease: two or less bowel movements per week; history of stool retention; painful or hard bowel movements History of stool; history of bowel movements; large fecal mass in the rectum. At the same time, organic diseases can be excluded before the diagnosis of functional constipation in infants and young children;
2. Term infants, that is, gestational age from 37 to 42 weeks;
3. Birth weight between 2500 – 4000g;
4. Enrollment age: 6 months to 3 years old;
5. Parents voluntarily defer major changes in infant feeding practices;
6. Parents are willing and able to fill in diaries and questionnaires;
7. Written signed parental informed consent;
8. Periodic and effective visits can be made during the trial period.

排除标准：

1.慢性病或重大医疗问题；
2.胃肠道器质性疾病；
3.生长迟缓；
4.母乳喂养患儿的母亲或者患儿在随机分组前2周内和试验进行期间使用了抗生素；
5.婴儿（配方奶中和/或添加剂中）或其母亲，在随机分组前2周内和试验进行期间使用了益生菌；
6.已经参加了其他的临床试验；
7.食物过敏引起便秘者（如牛奶、鸡蛋等食物）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Chronic diseases or major medical problems;
2. Gastrointestinal organic diseases;
3. Growth retardation;
4. The mother or child of the breastfeeding child used antibiotics within 2 weeks before randomization and during the trial;
5. Infants (in formula and/or supplements) or their mothers used probiotics within 2 weeks before randomization and during the trial;
6. Has participated in other clinical trials;
7. Food allergies cause constipation (such as milk, eggs and other foods).
