研究目的：

本研究拟通过一年时间使用二维心脏超声、心脏超声斑点追踪（GLS）及组织多普勒（TDI）技术评估孕晚期不同妊娠状态的孕产妇心脏功能，以建立相应人群的心脏功能数据库。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the cardiac function of pregnant women in different states of pregnancy during the third trimester of pregnancy by two-dimensional cardiac ultrasound, cardiac ultrasonic spot tracking (GLS) and tissue Doppler (TDI) in one year, so as to establish a database of cardiac function of the corresponding population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18-45岁非妊娠期健康妇女；
2.18-45岁妊娠晚期健康单胎孕产妇；
3.18-45岁妊娠晚期合并高血压疾病单胎孕产妇；
4.18-45岁妊娠晚期健康双胎孕产妇。

Inclusion criteria

1.Healthy non-pregnant women aged 18 to 45 years;
2.Healthy singleton pregnant women aged 18-45 in the third trimester of pregnancy;
3.Singleton pregnant women aged 18-45 in the third trimester of pregnancy with hypertension;
4.Healthy twin pregnant women aged 18-45 in the third trimester of pregnancy.

排除标准：

1.严重心脏结构或节律异常(包括主动脉瓣狭窄，返流，二尖瓣狭窄、返流，扩张性心肌病，频发室早等)；
2.严重肝肾功能障碍；
3.严重神经系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe cardiac structural or rhythmic abnormalities (including aortic stenosis, regurgitation, mitral stenosis, regurgitation, dilated cardiomyopathy, frequent PVCS, etc.);
2.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
3.Severe neurological disease.
