研究目的：

乳腺癌是女性常见恶性肿瘤，在世界范围内，乳腺癌的发病率居女性癌症发病之首。心理障碍是乳腺癌患者的首要精神卫生负担。心理障碍不仅影响乳腺癌的认知和预后，还能够增加长期治疗相关的副作用、对癌症复发的恐惧，缩短生存期，造成乳腺癌特异性死亡率上升。根据我们前期的调查发现，与其他恶性肿瘤（膀胱癌、肾癌、白血病）患者相比，乳腺癌患者产生的心理障碍最为严重，发生率远高于欧美等发达国家及我国普通人群。其中最常见的心理障碍为抑郁症状和焦虑症状。这表明乳腺癌患者的心理障碍由诊断、治疗等肿瘤相关的创伤性应激事件引发，而乳腺癌对女性的特殊影响及女性的生理心理特点，导致其心理障碍发生率高、程度深，极大程度地阻碍了治疗康复效果，对患者的家庭、经济造成沉重负担，积极心理因素、环境因素都是影响乳腺癌患者心理健康的重要因素。项目组前期研究表明，积极心理因素不仅能有效抵御癌症引发的心理压力，还可以间接提升乳腺癌患者心理健康。因此，探究影响乳腺癌患者心理障碍的关键因素，验证积极心理及相关影响因素对乳腺癌患者心理障碍的作用机制，是当前亟待解决的关键问题，也是提升乳腺癌患者心理健康，促进生命质量的有效途径。前期研究发现正念减压疗法能够有效提升乳腺癌患者的积极心理存量，从而提升健康结局指标（生命质量、创伤后成长）。在当前疫情防控常态化下，开发线上的心理干预措施是十分必要的。  

Objectives of Study：

Breast cancer is a common female malignant tumor, in the world, the incidence of breast cancer in the first female cancer. Mental disorder is the primary mental health burden of breast cancer patients. Psychological disorders not only affect the cognition and prognosis of breast cancer, but also increase long-term treatment-related side effects, fear of cancer recurrence, shorten survival, and increase breast cancer-specific mortality. According to our previous investigation, compared with patients with other malignant tumors (bladder cancer, kidney cancer and leukemia), patients with breast cancer have the most serious psychological disorders, and the incidence is much higher than that of developed countries such as Europe and the United States and the general population of China. The most common psychological disorders are depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms. Suggesting that breast cancer patients psychological barriers by traumatic stress tumor diagnosis, treatment and other related events, and breast cancer in women's special effect and women's physiological and psychological characteristics, lead to the high incidence of mental disorders, deep degree, drastically hinders the treatment effect, for the patient, caused heavy economic burden of the family, Positive psychological factors and environmental factors are important factors affecting the mental health of breast cancer patients. The preliminary study of the project team shows that positive psychological factors can not only effectively resist the psychological pressure caused by cancer, but also indirectly improve the mental health of breast cancer patients. Therefore, to explore the key factors affecting the psychological disorders of breast cancer patients and verify the mechanism of positive psychology and related influencing factors on the psychological disorders of breast cancer patients is a key issue to be urgently solved at present, and also an effective way to improve the mental health of breast cancer patients and promote the quality of life. Previous studies have found that Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) can effectively increase the stock of positive psychology in breast cancer patients, thereby improving health outcomes (quality of life, post-traumatic growth). Under the current situation of normalizing epidemic prevention and control, it is necessary to develop online psychological intervention measures.

纳入标准：

1.经临床医生病理初次确诊的女性原发性乳腺癌术后患者；
2.意识清楚，有一定的阅读能力或言辞表达的能力，与调查人员沟通无障碍者；
3.经调查人员说明研究目的后，患者愿意配合本研究者；
4.同意参与调查者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Female patients with primary breast cancer who were first diagnosed by clinician pathology after surgery;
2.Clear consciousness, with certain reading ability or verbal expression ability, and with no obstacle to communicate with investigators;
3.After the investigator explained the purpose of the study, the patients were willing to cooperate with the researcher;
4.Agree to participate in the survey.

排除标准：

1.重症和终末期疾病患者（恶病质，难以完成追踪调查者）；
2.服用抗抑郁类药物者；
3.曾经罹患过其他种类的肿瘤者；
4.在乳腺癌诊断前已经被临床确诊过有抑郁、焦虑等心理障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe and terminal diseases (cachexia, difficult to complete follow-up);
2.Patients who taking antidepressants;
3.Patients who have suffered from other kinds of tumors;
4.Before the diagnosis of breast cancer has been clinically diagnosed with depression, anxiety and other psychological disorders.
