研究目的：

1.建立术前多结节型肝癌起源方式判定的临床影像模型，以期在肝移植前即判定多结节型肝癌患者肝内结节为多中心起源或肝内转移。 2.将肝内转移的多结节肝癌患者排除在肝移植适应症的范围外，并扩大多中心起源的多结节型肝癌患者的适用范围，进一步有效的提高肝移植疗效并保证宝贵的供肝资源得到合理应用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To establish a clinical imaging model for preoperative determination of the origin of multinodular HCC, in order to determine the intrahepatic nodules of multinodular HCC patients as multicentric origin or intrahepatic metastasis before liver transplantation. 2. Exclude patients with multi-nodular HCC with intrahepatic metastasis from the scope of indications for liver transplantation, and expand the applicable scope of patients with multi-nodular HCC of multi-center origin, to further effectively improve the efficacy of liver transplantation and ensure the rational use of valuable donor liver resources.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.接受肝移植的肝癌病例；
2.多结节型肝癌（≥2个结节）；
3.在接受肝移植术前14天内于我院行多模态MRI检查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Cases of liver cancer who received liver transplantation;
2. Multi-nodular liver cancer (>=2 nodules);
3. Perform multimodal MRI examination in our hospital within 14 days before receiving liver transplantation.

排除标准：

1.MRI图像质量不合格；
2.MRI扫描序列不齐全；
3.行肝移植术前经过其它治疗，包括肝切除术、TACE、消融治疗等；
4.缺乏术后病理资料或基因检测结果；
5.术后病理或基因测序无法确认IM或MO型。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unqualified MRI image quality;
2. The MRI scan sequence is incomplete;
3. Other treatments before liver transplantation, including liver resection, TACE, ablation, etc.;
4. Lack of postoperative pathological data or genetic test results;
5. Postoperative pathology or gene sequencing cannot confirm IM or MO type.
