研究目的：

本课题探究使用负压微针射频治疗面部皮肤松弛的效果和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective here is to investigate the efficacy and safety of facial Tightening by a Vacuum-attracted Microneedle Fractional Radiofrequency System.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 符合面部皮肤松弛适应症患者25-65岁，男女不限；
② 面部皮肤松弛从未接受过其他治疗；
③ 在全部了解治疗方案及风险后本人或监护人自愿签署知情同意书，愿意接受自身对照试验，并配合随访。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients that were diagnosed as facial tightening, aged 25 to 65 year, male or female;
(2) Never receive any other treatment for facial tightening before;
(3) The parents signed informed consent, willing to accept the blank control test, and combined with the self - control with long-term trials, and with long-term follow-up.

排除标准：

① 孕妇或有备孕计划的妇女；
② 对表面麻醉剂过敏；
③ 面部存在伤口，或表皮破溃患者；
④ 有严重器质性疾病或精神疾病患者；
⑤ 正参加其他临床试验患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant women or women who have plans for pregnancy;
(2) Allergy to topical anesthetics;
(3) The lesions were ulcer or eczema;
(4) Patients with severe organic disease or mental illness;
(5) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
