研究目的: |
肾积水是儿童泌尿系统最常见的先天畸形之一。目前,临床上对于婴儿肾积水的干预策略缺乏共识。本研究拟采用多中心、前瞻性、随机对照的方式,评估目前临床中常用的干预时机与方式对患儿肾功能的保护效力,为婴儿肾积水的干预时机和方式判断提供高级别临床证据,从而使更多的患儿能够得到最佳的诊疗方案。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Hydronephrosis is the most common congenital abnormities. There is still no consensus on the intervene strategy. This prospective, multi-center, randomized, controlled trial aim to evaluate the effect of clinical major intervene strategy for protecting renal function, so that could provide high level clinical evidence for a better intervene scheme. |

纳入标准: |
1.2022年1月-2024年12月就诊于研究相关医疗中心的年龄≤3月龄的肾积水患儿。同时满足如下条件的进入重度肾积水A组别: |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Children with hydronephrosis aged <=3 months who visited the relevant medical center from January 2022 to December 2024. At the same time meet the following conditions to enter the severe hydronephrosis group A: |

排除标准: |
1. 存在后尿道瓣膜等下尿路梗阻性疾病; |
||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Exclusion criteria: |
1. The presence of lower urinary tract obstructive diseases such as posterior urethral valves; |

对重度肾积水A组和重度肾积水B组各自160例患儿,由研究者采用区组随机化的方法按照1:1的比例分别随机分入两种不同处理单元。区组长度为4,结合随机数字表中取随机数字确定患者组别。区组随机化软件为R(4.0版)。 |
