研究目的：

高分化脂肪肉瘤（well-differentiated liposarcoma, WDL）与去分化脂肪肉瘤（dedifferentiated liposarcoma, DDL） 是最常见的脂肪肉瘤类型，目前尚无很有效的靶向药物。最近课题组的前期工作提示在WDL/DDL中存在12q13-15区域的关键基因“FRS2α”基因的扩增。本研究的目的在于研究FRS2α基因扩增在WDL/DDL中的调控机制以及FGFR/FRS2α/PI3K/Akt通路的激活在该类肿瘤的发生发展中的角色，以探讨该通路是否可能成为诊断标记及潜在的治疗靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

Well-differentiated liposarcoma/dedifferentiated liposarcoma(WDL/DDL) is the most common subtype of liposarcoma, and there were no effective target drugs. Recent research of our group suggest the exist of novel FRS2αgene amplification on 12q13-15 region of WDL/DDL. This study focus on the regulatory mechanism of FRS2αgene amplification and the role of FGFR/FRS2α/PI3K/Akt pathway activation in WDL/DDL, and whether this pathway could be the diagnostic marker and potential therapy target.

纳入标准：

组织学符合高分化脂肪肉瘤/去分化脂肪肉瘤及需要与脂肪肉瘤鉴别的病例的石蜡组织块（病理科存档）。

Inclusion criteria

The paraffin embedded tissue blocks which consist with well-differentiated liposarcoma/dedifferentiated liposarcoma histologically and those should be differ from liposarcoma(archived tissue).
