研究目的：

1. 更新中国民航空勤人员在疫情常规化防控时期的睡眠、疲劳和脑力负荷现况； 2. 构建脑力负荷指标集，并探索其影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Update the sleep, fatigue and mental load status of Chinese civil aviation crews during the period of routine epidemic prevention and control; 2. Build a mental load index set and explore its influencing factors.

纳入标准：

1. 自愿参加本次调研；
2. 会使用基本的现代信息技术，如微信或电脑。

Inclusion criteria

1. Volunteer to participate in this survey;
2. Have the ability to use basic modern imformation technology, such as WeChat or computers.

排除标准：

1. 因任何原因在调查要求期内未能全勤者；
2. 罹患精神心理疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The ones not full-attended during the investigation request period due to any reasons;
2. The subjects with physical and mental illness.

A cluster sampling method will be adopted to randomly select aircrew of a certain airline and those met the meet the criteria for admission and discharge will be asked to answer the questionnaire.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

首先从线上工具导出数据，建立Microsoft Excel数据集，由两名以上的调查者进行核对；然后导入至IBM SPSS软件；最后Microsoft Excel和IBM SPSS成集，形成Microsoft Access Database统一管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

First, we will export data from online tools and establish a Microsoft Excel data set checked by two or more investigators. Then we will import it into IBM SPSS software. Finally, Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS are integrated to form a unified management of Microsoft Access Database.
