研究目的：

(1)观察太极拳训练8周后对CAI患者平衡控制、踝关节本体感觉、踝关节肌力、腓神经反应时间的影响。 (2)比较太极拳训练与平衡训练在训练8周后的康复效果。 (3)确定太极拳训练的效果是否可以保持。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To determine the effects of Tai Exercise chi on balance control, ankle proprioception, ankle joint muscle strength, and peroneal reaction time in participants with CAI after 8 weeks of training. (2) To compare the rehabilitation effects of the Tai Chi Exercise to the Balance Training in participants with CAI after 8weeks of training. (3) To determine whether the effects of tai chi training can be maintained.

纳入标准：

1. 至少有一次严重的踝关节扭伤，并且最初的扭伤必须发生在本研究登记的一年内。
2. 受伤的脚踝会有“让位”和/或复发性扭伤和/或“不稳定感”。具体而言，踝关节不稳定可以通过一份特定的问卷来确定，包括坎伯兰踝关节稳定性工具(Cumberland ankle stability Tool, CAIT)和足和踝关节能力测量(Foot and ankle Ability Measure, FAAM)。参赛者需要根据这些量表进行适当的评分才能参加比赛。
3.年龄在18-35岁的参与者。

Inclusion criteria

1. At least one significant ankle sprain, and the initial sprain must occur within one year of this study enrollment.
2. Injured ankles have "giving way" and/or recurrent sprain and/or "feelings of instability." Specifically, ankle instability can be confirmed with a specific questionnaire including Cumberland Ankle stability Tool (CAIT) and Foot and Ankle Ability Measure (FAAM). Participants will need to score appropriately in accordance with these scales in order to take part.
3. Participants who are aged 18-35.

排除标准：

1. 下肢任何肢体的肌肉骨骼结构(如骨骼、关节结构、神经)的既往手术。
2. 在过去的3个月里，下肢其他关节肌肉骨骼结构的急性损伤影响了关节的完整性和功能(即扭伤和骨折)，导致预期的身体活动中断至少一天。
3.双边踝关节不稳定。
4. 参加者不得超过18岁

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous surgery on musculoskeletal structures (e.g., bones, joint structures, nerves) in any limb of the lower limb.
2. In the past three months, acute injury of the musculoskeletal structure of other joints of lower limbs affected the integrity and function of joints (i.e. sprain and fracture), resulting in the interruption of expected physical activity for at least one day.
3. Bilateral ankle instability.
4. Participants under 18 years old
