研究目的：

明确机体的免疫功能与抑郁症的关系以及其对抑郁症中医辨证分型的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the relationship between immune function and depression and its influence on TCM syndrome differentiation of depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合ICD-10抑郁发作诊断标准；
2.汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton rating scale for depression ,HAMD）17项评分＞7分；
3.年龄14-65周岁，性别、文化程度、职业、经济情况等不限；
4.无严重心、肝、肾疾病，无脑器质 性疾病，无肿瘤、血液病史、风湿病、营养不良及神经系统变性等疾病；
5.至少半年内未服用免疫调节剂和激素制剂，2周内未服用解热镇痛类药物；
6.患者无意识障碍，能理解量表内容并配合治疗；
7.获得知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Conform to ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for depressive episode;
2. 17 items of Hamilton rating scale for depression (HAMD)>7 points;
3. Aged 14-65 years, regardless of gender, education level, occupation and economic situation;
4. There is no disease of gravity center, liver and kidney, no organic disease of brain, no tumor, blood history, rheumatism, malnutrition, nervous system degeneration and other diseases;
5. Have not taken immunomodulator and hormone preparations for at least half a year, and have not taken antipyretic and analgesic drugs for 2 weeks;
6. The patient is unconscious and can understand the content of the scale and cooperate with the treatment;
7. Obtain informed consent.

排除标准：

1.存在双相情感障碍、精神分裂症等其他精神疾病，或为继发于其他精神疾病或躯体疾病的抑郁发作；
2.脑器质性疾病；
3.存在烟酒及其他精神活性物质滥用史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are other mental diseases such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or depression attacks secondary to other mental diseases or physical diseases;
2. Brain organic diseases;
3. There is a history of abuse of tobacco, alcohol and other psychoactive substances.
