研究目的：

本研究拟采用随机双盲对照观察环泊酚在妇科日间手术麻醉中的有效性和安全性,以期为临床医生提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to observe the efficacy and safety of cyclopofol in gynecological day surgery anesthesia by randomized double-blind control, in order to provide reference for clinicians.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2022年1月-2022年6月在我院行宫腔镜、宫颈锥切或其他的妇科日间手术的患者200例；
2.18-64岁女性；
3.ASA分级1-2级；
4.签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. 200 patients who underwent hysteroscopy, cervical conization or other gynecological day surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2022;
2. Females aged 18 to 64 years;
3. ASA classification 1-2;
4. Those who signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.对大豆和相关药物过敏者；
2.孕妇,哺乳期妇女；
3.静脉通路无法在腕部建立者；
4.手术时间短于10分钟或超过45分钟者；
5.术中及随访资料缺失者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are allergic to soybeans and related drugs;
2. Pregnant women, lactating women;
3. Those who cannot establish venous access at the wrist;
4. The operation time is less than 10 minutes or more than 45 minutes;
5. Patients with missing intraoperative and follow-up data.
