研究目的：

通过随机对照研究，观察延年九转法对伴有胃肠症状的慢性疲劳综合征患者的治疗效果，并通过fMRI、16S rRNA技术探索延年九转法治疗CFS的脑-肠轴机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a randomized controlled study, to observe the therapeutic effect of Yannian jiuzhuan method on patients with chronic fatigue syndrome with gastrointestinal symptoms, and to explore the brain intestinal axis mechanism of Yannian jiuzhuan method in the treatment of CFS by fMRI and 16S rRNA technology.

纳入标准：

1符合慢性疲劳综合征诊断标准
2出现腹痛、腹胀、恶心、早饱、呕吐、腹泻、排便困难、消化不良其中1项或以上1项以上症状至少3个月
3年龄≥20岁且≤60岁，性别不限，右利手。
4理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1 meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic fatigue syndrome

2. Abdominal pain, abdominal distension, nausea, early satiety, vomiting, diarrhea, difficult defecation and dyspepsia, of which one or more symptoms occur for at least 3 months

3. Age ≥ 20 years old and ≤ 60 years old, unlimited gender, right-handed.

4 understand and agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent

排除标准：

1严重的心脑血管疾病，内分泌系统疾病，运动系统疾病，自身免疫性疾病，传染病，糖尿病或其他精神疾病。
2患有肿瘤、结核、风湿或类风湿性关节炎、痛风、关节创伤，或有脑外伤伴意识丧失的病史。
3明确诊断胃肠道器质性疾病，肝肾功能不全的受试者。
4近4周饮食出现大幅变化
5除阑尾炎手术以外做过其他手术的受试者
6研究前3-6个月，服用过抗生素、类固醇激素、中草药
7有闭锁恐惧症、心脏起搏器、除颤器、心脏支架、宫内节育器等MRI禁忌症者。
8孕妇或哺乳期妇女，药物成瘾，重金属中毒或类似状况。

Exclusion criteria：

1 serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine system diseases, sports system diseases, autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, diabetes or other mental diseases.

2 have a history of tumor, tuberculosis, rheumatism or rheumatoid arthritis, gout, joint trauma, or brain trauma with loss of consciousness.

3 subjects with definite diagnosis of gastrointestinal organic diseases and liver and kidney dysfunction.

4. The diet has changed significantly in recent 4 weeks

5 subjects who had other operations except appendicitis surgery

6 took antibiotics, steroids and Chinese herbal medicine 3-6 months before the study

7. MRI contraindications such as atresia phobia, cardiac pacemaker, defibrillator, cardiac stent and intrauterine device.

8 pregnant or lactating women, drug addiction, heavy metal poisoning or similar conditions.
