研究目的：

探讨经皮椎体成形术（percutaneous vertebroplasty ,PVP）联合小关节阻滞（facet joint block ,FB）治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折（osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures ,OVCFs）的疗效分析。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) combined with facet joint block (FB) on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCFs).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄大于65岁；2）背痛持续时间小于6周，对药物治疗无反应；3）视觉疼痛评分（the visual analog scale ，VAS）大于等于7分；4）骨密度T值小于?2.5；5）脊柱磁共振成像扫描提示伤椎骨髓水肿。

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged over 65 years old; 2) Back pain duration less than 6 weeks, no response to drug treatment; 3) Visual analog scale (VAS) greater than or equal to 7 points; 4) BMD T value less than ?2.5 ; 5) Spinal magnetic resonance imaging scans showed bone marrow edema in injured vertebrae.

排除标准：

1）感染，2）神经根和/或脊髓压迫综合征，（3）因精神或器官功能障碍无法手术的患者，以及4）失去随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) infection, 2) nerve root and/or spinal cord compression syndrome, (3) patients who are inoperable due to mental or organ dysfunction, and 4) patients who have lost follow-up.
