研究目的：

进一步观察甲磺酸阿帕替尼治疗非手术食管癌患者的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and safety of apatinib in the treatment for non-operative esophageal carcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18岁，男女不限；
2. 经病理组织学或细胞学确诊的，且经MDT后诊断的非手术食管癌患者，包括有手术禁忌症、拒绝手术、局部晚期及Ⅳ期食管癌患者（分期参考UICC/AJCC 2017第8版食管癌分期），至少有一个经治疗的可测量病灶；
3. 自愿加入本研究，签署知情同意书；
4. 研究者认为可以获益。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years, male or female;
2. Patients with histopathology and/or cytology confirmed, and were MDT diagnosed for non-operative esophageal cancer, including surgical contraindication, rejecting operation, locally advanced and advanced esophageal cancer patients (referring to UICC or AJCC staging of 2017 version 8), at least one measurable lesions for the treatment;
3. The patients are willing to join the study, and sign the informed consent;
4. Patients can benifit from apatinib at the investigator's discretion.

排除标准：

1. 可手术的食管癌患者；
2. 已证实对甲磺酸阿帕替尼片和/或其辅料过敏者；
3. 怀孕或哺乳期妇女；
4. 阿帕替尼禁忌症患者除外；
5. 医生认为不适合纳入者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with operable esophageal cancer;
2. Allergic to apatinib or its excipients;
3. Pregnant and lactant women;
4. Patients with contraindications for apatinib;
5. The other situation that doctor considered not suitable for enrolling.
