研究目的：

急性呼吸窘迫综合症以严重的低氧血症和高死亡率为特征。它给医疗系统带来极大的负担。高流量氧疗作为新型氧疗支持技术，在急性呼吸窘迫综合症中的应用越来越广泛。但目前清醒俯卧位通气对于应用高流量氧疗的急性呼吸窘迫综合症患者中的疗效的研究仍然较少。本研究通过肺超声和ROX指数评价清醒俯卧位通气对于高流量氧疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征综合症患者的疗效，以期为临床提供新的治疗手段。  

Objectives of Study：

Acute respiratory distress syndrome is characterized by severe hypoxemia and high mortality. It places a great burden on the medical system. As a new oxygen therapy support technology, high flow oxygen therapy is more and more widely used in acute respiratory distress syndrome. However, there are still few studies on the efficacy of conscious prone ventilation in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome treated with high flow oxygen therapy. This study evaluated the efficacy of conscious prone ventilation in ARDS patients treated with high flow oxygen through pulmonary ultrasound and ROX index, in order to provide a new treatment for clinic.

纳入标准：

应用高流量鼻导管的急性呼吸窘迫综合症患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome using high flow nasal catheter

排除标准：

非败血症相关性ARDS，年龄<18岁，急需插管，意识不清，血流动力学不稳定，心力衰竭引起的急性缺氧性呼吸衰竭

Exclusion criteria：

non sepsis related ARDS, age <18 years, urgent need for intubation, unconsciousness, hemodynamic instability, acute hypoxic respiratory failure (AHRF) caused by heart failure
