研究目的：

1，MRI心肌特征值成像在放疗后心肌损伤分级诊断中的价值； 2，MRI心肌特征值评估放疗后心肌损伤的严重程度与预后的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The value of MRI myocardial eigenvalue imaging in grading diagnosis of myocardial injury after radiotherapy; 2, MRI myocardial eigenvalues to assess the severity of myocardial injury after radiotherapy and prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.经纤维内镜或术后病理证实的肿瘤需要放疗患者（左侧纵隔优先）。
b.检查前签署知情同意书，能够配合整个检查过程。
c. 临床资料完善，图像清晰。

Inclusion criteria

1. Tumors confirmed by fiber endoscopy or postoperative pathology require radiotherapy patients (left mediastinum priority);
2. Sign the informed consent form before the inspection to match the entire inspection process;
3. The clinical data is perfect and the image is clear.

排除标准：

a.扫描前或初次放疗前进行过抗肿瘤治疗（化疗等）或手术治疗（部分术后患者图像质量不能保证）。
b.合并严重的心、肝、肾功能不全。
c.临床资料不完善，图像质量差，不能达到诊断或后处理要求。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Anti-tumor treatment (chemotherapy, etc.) or surgical treatment before or before the initial radiotherapy (the image quality of some patients cannot be guaranteed);
2. Combine severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction;
3. The clinical data is imperfect, the image quality is poor, and the diagnosis or post-processing requirements cannot be met.
