研究目的：

本研究首先观察PSD患者双侧小脑高频rTMS治疗后的短期、长期临床疗效以及不良反应；同时运用食道电极采集咽肌电信号，监测治疗前后咽运动诱发电位(PMEPs)振幅变化，进一步探讨小脑rTMS改善脑卒中后吞咽障碍的电生理机制。本研究将为小脑重复经颅磁刺激在吞咽康复领域的临床应用进一步提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, short-term and long-term clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of bilateral cerebellar high-frequency rTMS were observed in PSD patients. At the same time, the esophageal electrode was used to collect pharyngeal emG signals and monitor the amplitude of pharyngeal motor evoked potentials (PMEPs) before and after treatment to further explore the electrophysiological mechanism of cerebellum rTMS in improving dysphagia after stroke. This study will provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of repeated cerebellar transcranial magnetic stimulation in the field of swallowing rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 均经颅脑MRI或CT检查确诊，且符合脑卒中诊断标准；
2. 均经电视荧光吞咽检查（VFSS）证实存在吞咽障碍；
3. 无鼻咽部器质性梗阻；
4. 患者神志清醒，自愿并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. All patients were confirmed by craniocerebral MRI or CT examination and met the diagnostic criteria for stroke;
2. Dysphagia was confirmed by television fluorescence swallowing examination (VFSS);
3. No organic obstruction of nasopharynx;
4. The patient is conscious and voluntarily signs the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 植入心脏起搏器者；
2. 颅内或口腔金属植入物者；
3. 伴有严重失语、痴呆及心肺功能不全者；
4. 坐位保持困难者；
5. 拒绝签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

I) implanted pacemakers; II) Intracranial or oral metal implants; III) patients with severe aphasia, dementia and cardiopulmonary insufficiency; ⅳ) sitting difficulty; ⅴ) Refusal to sign informed consent.
