Objectives of Study：

A set of evaluation index system of cadre health care service based on customer value theory is constructed to provide evaluation tools for understanding and evaluating the level of cadre health care service.

纳入标准：

1、在职或退休干部；
2、有正常的语言沟通和理解阅读能力；
3、自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Incumbent or retired cadres;
2. Have normal language communication and comprehension reading ability;
3. Voluntarily participate in this research.

排除标准：

1、有语言沟通障碍或理解阅读障碍者；
2、行动不便；
3、年龄≥85岁。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have language communication barriers or comprehension and reading disabilities;
2. Inconvenient to move;
3. Aged >=85 years.
