1、构建一套基于顾客价值理论的干部保健服务评价指标体系。 2、为了解和评价干部保健服务水平提供测评工具。 3、为改善干部保健服务效果提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Construct a cadre health care service evaluation index system based on the theory of customer value. 2. To provide evaluation tools for understanding and evaluating the level of health care services for cadres. 3. To provide theoretical basis for improving the effect of health care service for cadres.

纳入标准：

1、在职或退休干部；
2、有正常的语言沟通和理解阅读能力；
3、自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Active or retired cadres;

2. Have normal language communication and reading ability;

3. Volunteer to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1、有语言沟通障碍或理解阅读障碍者；
2、行动不便；
3、年龄≥85岁。

Exclusion criteria：

1, have language communication disorder or comprehension reading disorder;

2, inconvenient movement;

3. Age ≥85.
