研究目的：

1．通过德尔菲法编制“互联网+护理服务”护士职业认同感量表。 2．应用“互联网+护理服务”护士职业认同感量表开展横断面调查，了解其职业认同感与组织支持感、工作压力的关系。 3．选择职业认同低分组和高分组极端案例进行深度访谈，探讨其工作体验及深层次的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The ''Internet + Nursing Service'' nurse professional identity scale was developed by the Delphi method. 2. A cross-sectional survey was conducted using the "Internet + Nursing Service" nurses' professional identity scale to understand the relationship between their professional identity, organizational support, and work pressure. 3. Select extreme cases with low and high occupational identity groups to conduct in-depth interviews to explore their work experience and deep-seated influencing factors.

纳入标准：

1.通过“互联网+护理服务”业务培训和医院平台审核，且在医院注册为“互联网+护理服务”护士；
2.自愿参加本研究，并签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pass the ''Internet + Nursing Service'' business training and hospital platform review, and be registered as an ''Internet + Nursing Service'' nurse in the hospital;
2. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有违反相关法律法规、不良执业行为记录，被所在单位及平台取消服务资格者；
2.网络调查问卷作答时间过短（小于2分钟）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have violated relevant laws and regulations, bad practice records, and have been disqualified from service by their units and platforms;
2. The time to answer the online questionnaire is too short (less than 2 minutes).
