分析高甘油三酯血症性胰腺炎复发的临床特征及危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Analysis of clinical features and risk factors of recurrence of hypertriglycerid pancreatitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合高甘油三酯血症性急性胰腺炎的诊断：甘油三酯>11.3mmol/L或甘油三酯5.65-11.3mmol/L伴血清乳糜样，且排外胆源性和酒精性胰腺炎；
2. 首次发生急性胰腺炎；
3. 年龄≥18岁；
4. 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnosis of hypertriglycerid acute pancreatitis: triglyceride > 11.3mmol / L or triglyceride 5.65-11.3mmol / L with serum chyle, and exclude biliary and alcoholic pancreatitis;
2. First occurrence of acute pancreatitis;
3. Aged >= 18 years;
4. Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

合并慢性胰腺炎或胰腺癌。

Exclusion criteria：

Complicated with chronic pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer.
