研究目的：

AIS患者外周血DKK2水平与患者预后的相关性研究及潜在机制探索。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation between peripheral blood DKK2 levels and patient prognosis in AIS patients and exploration of potential mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥ 18岁，＜ 80岁，性别不限；
2.临床明确诊断为急性缺血性脑卒中；
3.基线NIHSS评分≥ 6分，且≤ 25分；
4.CTA/MRA/DSA检查提示前循环大血管闭塞（颈内动脉、大脑中动脉M1/M2段）；
5.符合《中国急性缺血性脑卒中早期血管内介入治疗指南2018》标准接收血管内治疗且血管成功再通（TICI ≥ 2b级）；
6.受试者或其法定代理人同意该项治疗并签署项目知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 80 years, gender is not limited;
2. Clinically diagnosed as acute ischemic stroke;
3. Baseline NIHSS score >= 6 points, and <= 25 points;
4. CTA/MRA/DSA examinations suggest occlusion of large vessels in the anterior circulation (internal carotid artery, M1/M2 segment of middle cerebral artery);
5. Meet the "China Guidelines for Early Endovascular Interventional Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018" and receive endovascular treatment and successfully recanalize the blood vessels (TICI >= 2b);
6. The subjects or their legal representatives agree to the treatment and sign the project informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并后循环梗死的患者；
2.本次发病前mRS ≥ 2分；
3.拟应用或已经应用抗凝药物治疗的患者；
4.现有或入组6个月内器官活动性出血的患者，包括脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血、消化道出血，眼底出血等；
5.存在其它颅内病变，如脑血管畸形、脑静脉病变、肿瘤及其他疾病累及颅脑；
6.严重脏器功能障碍或衰竭；
7.患有严重血液系统疾病或严重凝血功能异常者；
8.入组前6个月内存在严重外伤史或行大型外科手术者；
9.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
10.预期寿命小于3个月的患者或因其他原因无法完成该研究的患者；
11.研究者认为不适合入组的其它情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with posterior circulation infarction;
2. mRS >= 2 points before the onset;
3. Patients who intend to use or have been treated with anticoagulant drugs;
4. Existing or enrolled patients with active organ hemorrhage within 6 months, including cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, fundus hemorrhage, etc.;
5. There are other intracranial lesions, such as cerebral vascular malformations, cerebral venous lesions, tumors and other diseases involving the brain;
6. Severe organ dysfunction or failure;
7. Those with severe blood system disease or severe coagulation abnormality;
8. Those with a history of severe trauma or major surgical operations within 6 months before enrollment;
9. Pregnant or breastfeeding women;
10. Patients with life expectancy less than 3 months or patients who cannot complete the study for other reasons;
11. Other conditions deemed inappropriate by the investigator.
