评价宣肺止嗽合剂治疗急性支气管炎、感染后咳嗽（风邪犯肺证）的有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of XuanFeiZhiSuHeJi in for acute bronchitis and Post-infection cough(wind evil invading lung syndrome).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

急性支气管炎组纳入标准：
1.西医诊断为急性支气管炎者；
2.中医辨证为风邪犯肺证者；
3.性别不限，年龄在18~75周岁（包含端点值）之间的患者；
4.自愿参与本研究且签署知情同意书者。
感染后咳嗽组纳入标准：
1.西医诊断为感染后咳嗽者；
2.中医辨证为风邪犯肺证者；
3.性别不限，年龄在18~75周岁（包含端点值）之间的患者；
4.自愿参与本研究且签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

Acute bronchitis group was included in the criteria:
1. Patients diagnosed with acute bronchitis in Western medicine;
2. Patients diagnosed with Syndrome Of Wind Evil Invading Lun in TCM;
3. Patients with no gender limitation, aged between 18 and 75 years old (including endpoint values);
4. Those who voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form.
PIC groups were included in the criteria:
1.Patients diagnosed with Post-infection cough in Western medicine;
2.Patients diagnosed with Syndrome Of Wind Evil Invading Lun in TCM;
3. Patients with no gender limitation, aged between 18 and 75 years old (including endpoint values);
4. Those who voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

急性支气管炎组排除标准：
1.患有肺癌、慢阻肺、肺结核、哮喘等慢性呼吸系统疾病者；
2.体温＞38. 0℃，存在下呼吸道感染如慢性支气管炎急性加重、支气管扩张急性加重、支气管肺炎等疾病者；
3.合并心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统严重原发性疾病的患者（血 ALT、AST超过正常值上限2倍；血肌酐超过正常值上限2倍）；
4.属于过敏体质的患者；
5.妊娠期、哺乳期女性或近3个月内有生育计划者；
6.近2周内服用过与试验药物功效类似药物的患者；
7.参与本研究前3个月内接受过或正在接受其他药物临床研究者；
8.研究者认为不适合参加临床研究者（如依从性差的患者）。
感染后咳嗽组排除标准：
1.患有肺癌、慢阻肺、肺结核、哮喘等慢性呼吸系统疾病者；
2.合并心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统严重原发性疾病的患者（血 ALT、AST超过正常值上限2倍；血肌酐超过正常值上限2倍）；
3.属于过敏体质的患者；
4.妊娠期、哺乳期女性或近3个月内有生育计划者；
5.近2周内服用过与试验药物功效类似药物的患者；
6.参与本研究前3个月内接受过或正在接受其他药物临床研究者；
7.研究者认为不适合参加临床研究者（如依从性差的患者）。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for the acute bronchitis group:
1.Chronic respiratory diseases such as lung cancer, COPD, tuberculosis and asthma;
2.Present in patients of Body temperature> 38.0 degree, with lower respiratory tract infections such as acute aggravation of chronic bronchitis, acute aggravation of bronchiectasis, bronchopneumonia and etc.;
3. Patients with severe primary diseases of cardiovascular, liver, renal and hematopoietic system (blood ALT and AST exceed the upper limit of normal value by 2 times; blood creatinine exceeds the upper limit of normal value);
4.Patients with allergic constitution;
5.Women with pregnancy, lactation or those with family planning within the past 3 months;
6. Patients who have taken similar drugs to the test drugs in the past 2 weeks;
7. Have received or are receiving other drug clinical investigators within the 3 months prior to participating in this study;
8. The investigator is not suitable to participate in clinical investigators (such as patients with poor compliance).
Exclusion criteria for PIC group:
1.Chronic respiratory diseases such as lung cancer, COPD, tuberculosis and asthma;
