Objectives of Study：

To explore the risk and possible molecular mechanism of metabolic syndrome in offspring of PCOS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.按照2018年多囊卵巢综合征中国诊疗指南诊断的PCOS患者；
2.年龄≤35 ；
3.IVF方案皆为拮抗剂方案。

Inclusion criteria

1. PCOS patients diagnosed according to the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Polycystic ovary Syndrome;
2. <=35 years old;
3.All IVF protocols were antagonist protocols.

排除标准：

其他内分泌疾病，如库欣综合征、甲状腺功能障碍、高泌乳素血症等。

Exclusion criteria：

Other endocrine diseases, such as Cushing's syndrome, thyroid dysfunction, hyperprolactinemia, etc.
