纳入标准：

试验组纳入标准：
55 岁及以上双耳感音神经性听力损失（根据世界卫生组织标准，0.5,1,2,4kHz平均值＞25dBHL，），如双耳听力损失程度不一样，以较好耳听力损失程度为准）。裸眼或带上眼镜能够看清和数字符号转换测验（Digit Symbol Substition Test, DSST）测试一样大小的字体。DSST 测试无认知功能下降。手能够握笔写字。双耳根据听力损失程度验配适合听力损失程度的助听器。

对照组纳入标准：55 岁及以上双耳感音神经性听力损失（根据世界卫生组织标准，0.5,1,2,4kHz平均值＞25dBHL，），如双耳听力损失程度不一样，以较好耳听力损失程度为准）。裸眼或带上眼镜能够看清和 DSST 测试一样大小的字体。DSST 测试无认知功能下降。手能够握笔写字。未佩戴助听装置。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for the experimental group:
This experiment included binaural sensorineural hearing loss aged 55 years and above (according to the World Health Organization standard, 0.5,1,2,4kHz average value > 25dBHL), if the degree of binaural hearing loss is different, better The degree of ear hearing loss shall prevail). With the naked eye or wearing glasses, you can clearly see fonts of the same size as the Digit Symbol Substition Test (DSST) test. There was no cognitive decline in the DSST test. The hand can hold a pen and write. According to the degree of hearing loss, both ears are fitted with hearing aids suitable for the degree of hearing loss.

排除标准：

携带 3 个痴呆的致病基因（21 号染色体淀粉样蛋白前体基因（APP）、14 号染色体早老素-1 基 因 PSEN1,1 号染色体早老素-2基因 PSEN2）、一级亲属（父母，兄弟姐妹）中有医院诊断了痴呆的患者、MRI 显示有脑出血、脑梗塞，脑血管疾病或既往有医院诊断了有脑出血、脑梗塞或脑血管疾病、血压异常（根据 2019 年中华医学会颁布的高血压基层诊疗指南，高血压收缩压≥140mmHg 和/或舒张压≥90mmHg）、血糖异常（根据澳大利亚糖尿病协会 2015 年发表的立场声明，用糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）做为诊断Ⅱ型糖尿病经济有效、简单的诊断工具，HbA1c＞6.5%为诊断标准）、体质量异常（根据身体质量指数（Body Mass Index,BMI）中国参考标准，体重/身高 2＞24 超重，BMI＜18.2偏瘦）、有超过 30 分钟意识丧失的脑外伤史、甲状腺功能异常（促甲状腺激素、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体指标超过正常值范围）、心电图异常、慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）(根据英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所 2018 年发表的 COPD 的诊断和管理指南，用 COPD Assessment Test,CAT 作为肺功能的症状评估工具，评分≥11 分肺功能中度影响)、梅毒、HIV、独居无社会活动、纯音测听为神经性听力损失，耳声发射正常的蜗后听力损失。双耳或单耳为传导性或混合性听力损失。

Exclusion criteria：
