研究目的：

主要目的：观察“补肾化痰方”治疗肾虚痰湿型IR-PCOS的临床疗效，明确此中医药干预方案对IR-PCOS患者月经周期调整、胰岛素抵抗改善以及糖代谢紊乱纠正方面的有效性，以期形成中医药干预治疗IR-PCOS的具体方案，达到对患者进行长期管理、改善其临床症状及体征、解决生育相关问题、维护健康及提高生活质量的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy of "Kidney-Tonifying and Phlegm-Dispelling Prescription" in the treatment of "kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness" IR-PCOS.To determine the effectiveness of this intervention scheme for patients with IR-PCOS in terms of menstrual cycle regulation, insulin resistance improvement and glucose metabolism disorder correction.Hoping to develop a specific treatment plan for IR-PCOS.To achieve the long-term management of patients, improve their clinical symptoms and signs, solve fertility related problems, maintain health and improve the quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：18-35岁女性；
2.符合西医诊断标准（IR-PCOS）；
3.符合中医辨证诊断标准；
4.治疗前3个月无激素类药物及影响糖代谢类药物使用史；
5.志愿参加并知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 35 years, female;
2. Comply with Western Medicine Diagnostic Standard (IR-PCOS);
3. Comply with the standard of TCM syndrome differentiation and diagnosis;
4. No history of hormone drugs and drugs affecting glucose metabolism in the first 3 months of treatment;
5. Volunteer participation and informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并其他与本病相关内分泌疾患（如库欣综合征、高泌乳素血症等）；
2.合并生殖系先天畸形或缺陷、生殖系器质性病变（如子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿等）；
3.合并生殖系恶性肿瘤（如子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌等）；
4.合并生殖器炎症、生殖器结核、盆腔炎性疾病；
5.夫妻双方任意一方有梅毒、艾滋等性传播疾病；
6.合并心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统严重原发性疾病及精神病患；
7.合并染色体异常，或处于妊娠期、哺乳期；
8.对本研究所使用药物过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other endocrine disorders related to this disease (such as Cushing's syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, etc.);
2. Combined with congenital malformations or defects of the reproductive system, organic diseases of the reproductive system (such as uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, etc.);
3. Combined with germline malignant tumors (such as endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, etc.);
4. Combined with genital inflammation, genital tuberculosis, pelvic inflammatory disease;
5. Either one of the husband and wife has sexually transmitted diseases such as syphilis and AIDS;
6. Combined with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and mental patients;
7. Combined with chromosomal abnormalities, or in pregnancy or lactation;
8. Allergic to the drugs used in this research.
