研究目的：

观察针灸对 IVF-ET 促超排卵后患者围着床期子宫内膜 VI、FI、VFI 等血流指标的影响，以期证明“针灸可提高子宫内膜容受性、促进胚胎着床”的假说。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the endometrial VI, FI, VFI and other blood indicators during periimplantation of acupuncture on IVF-ET patients after ovarian hyperstimulation, in order to prove the hypothesis of "acupuncture can improve endometrial receptivity and benefit embryo implantation".

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄25-38岁；不超过3次移植周期；知情同意愿意随机进入受试组。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 25 to 38 years; no more than 3 times a transfer cycle; be informed consent and agree with the randomization.

排除标准：

1.因OHSS高风险或提前升高的P值等原因放弃新鲜周期移植；
2.输卵管积水；
3.卵巢反应不良（获卵数≦3 枚）；
4.不宜行针刺治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Give up fresh cycle to transplantation, for the reason such as elevated P values or OHSS;
2. Hydrosalpinx;
3. Poor ovarian response (the number of oocytes <=3 pieces);
4. Patients should not be treated with acupuncture.
