研究目的：

评估房颤射频消融术后左心的功能和结构对左心耳血栓形成的影响并为病人提供更好的抗凝方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of left ventricular function and structure on left atrial appendage thrombosis after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation, and to provide better anticoagulant regimen for patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18岁；
2. 症状性抗心律失常药物无效的非瓣膜性房颤(NVAF)；
3. 一个或多个CHA2DS2-VASc危险因素：高血压、肝肾功能异常、中风、出血史或易感性、不稳定的国际标准化比率、65岁以上以及药物或酒精摄入量；
4. 在心腔内超声心动图的指导下进行射频消融术的病人；
5. 同意签署本研究知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years;
2. Symptomatic nonvalvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) refractory to antiarrhythmic drugs;
3. One or more CHA2DS2-VASc risk factors;
4. Patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation under the guidance of intracardiac echocardiography;
5. Agreed to sign the informed consent form for this study.

排除标准：

1. 左心房血栓的发生和额外的消融术或CFAE消融策略；
2. 近3个月内有新发脑梗死，脑出血患者；
3. 严重心力衰竭（心功能IV级）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Left atrial thrombus and additional ablation or CFAE ablation strategy;
2. Patients with stroke in recent 3 months;
3. Patients with severe heart failure (NYHA IV).
