18岁及以上；诊断标准：DSM/ICD诊断标准

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18 years and above; Diagnostic criteria: DSM/ICD diagnostic criteria.

排除标准：

认知障碍；双相情感障碍；精神疾病症状；有酒精或药物依赖者；自杀风险者。

Exclusion criteria：

Cognitive impairment; Bipolar disorder; Symptoms of mental illness; Having alcohol or drug dependence; Suicide risk.
