研究目的：

本研究旨在将血流限制训练应用于ICU患者的肢体活动，从而延缓ICU患者的肌肉衰减，推进ICU患者康复进程，提高ICU-AW的防治效果，提升护理质量，推动ICU－AW护理的研究进步。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to apply blood flow restriction training to the limb activity of ICU patients,so as to delay the muscle attenuation of ICU patients,promote the rehabilitation process of ICU patients,improve the prevention and treatment effect of ICU-AW,improve the quality of nursing,and promote the research progress of ICU-AW nursing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 18—85岁;2.入住ICU＞24小时;3.生命体征平稳，2小时内未使用血管活性药物或增加血管活性药物剂量；4.置有动脉血压监测装置；5.大腿皮肤完好无破损；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-85; 2. Stay in ICU > 24 hours; 3. The vital signs were stable, and no vasoactive drugs were used or the dose of vascular active drugs was increased within 2 hours; 4. Equipped with arterial blood pressure monitoring device; 5. The skin of the thigh is intact without damage;

排除标准：

1.患有下肢深静脉血栓等血管疾病;2.下肢骨折、有骨折病史或水肿；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Vascular diseases such as deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs; 2. Lower limb fracture, history of fracture or edema;
