食管癌围术期营养支持及评估和出院后家庭营养支持及评估对外科食管癌患者临床结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The effect of perioperative nutritional support and assessment and home nutrition on clinical outcomes of esophageal cancer patients undergoing esophagectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合食管癌的诊断且进行了临床TNM分期；
2.有手术适应症、无手术禁忌症且行食管癌手术；
3.年龄大于18岁，小于85岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patietns with diagnosis of esophageal cancer and have a clinical TNM stage
2. Esophageal cancer surgery was performed with surgical indications and without surgical contraindications
3. Aged over 18 and under 85 years.

排除标准：

1. 不愿意签署知情同意书的患者；
2. 恶病质或严重器官功能障碍如心功能不全、肺功能不全；
3. 怀孕或哺乳妇女；
4. 研究者认为需要排除者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients unwilling to sign the informed consent;
2. Cachexia or severe organs failure such as cardiac dysfunction, and pulmonary insufficiency;
3. Pregnant or nursing females;
4. The researchers believe that exclusion is needed.
