研究目的：

本研究旨在通过前瞻性研究，对不同喂养方式婴儿HBV感染风险的临床观察，进一步确认HBV-DNA高载量母乳喂养的安全性，使更多的HBV携带产妇能够安心地选择母乳喂养，缓解甚至消除HBV感染产妇焦虑、恐惧和内疚等不必要的心理压力，使她们的宝宝也能从母乳亲喂中充分获益，最大限度地促进该人群母婴健康。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the risk of the different feeding way in mothers with HBV infection to further confirm the safety of breastfeeding in mothers with HBV - DNA high loads. So as to make more HBV carriers can confidently choose breastfeeding, alleviate or even eliminate HBV infection in maternal unnecessary psychological pressure, such as anxiety, fear and guilt, make their babies also can full benefit that has come from the mother's milk, maximizing the maternal and child health crowd.

纳入标准：

符合《慢性乙型肝炎防治指南》慢性乙肝病毒感染诊断标准，选择 HBV-DNA≥1×106IU/ml免疫耐受孕妇，孕24-28周开始以宫内阻断为目的口服替比夫定或替诺福韦的产妇及其婴儿，孕周37W-42W，婴儿体重≥2500g，观察组持续母乳喂养(含混合喂养) 3-6个月。确保研究对象知情自愿选择参加本研究并具备随访条件。

Inclusion criteria

In the chronic hepatitis b prevention guide "diagnostic criteria of chronic hepatitis b virus infection, HBV - DNA or 1 x 106 iu/ml immune tolerance for pregnant women, the house at 24 to 28 weeks began to block for than, or for the purpose of oral tenofovir maternal and infant, gestational age 37w - 42w, baby weight 2500 g, or observation group continued breastfeeding (including mixed feeding) 3 to 6 months. Ensure that the subjects voluntarily choose to participate in this study and are eligible for follow-up.

排除标准：

乙肝免疫耐受但未进行宫内阻断的孕妇、孕前即进行抗病毒治疗的慢性乙肝患者、孕期肝炎活动者，严重妊娠期合并症及并发症如妊娠合并心脏病、子痫前期重度、妊娠期糖尿病血糖控制不佳者、早产、FGR等。有严重内科合并症不适合母乳喂养者。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women with hepatitis b immune tolerance but without intrauterine blockade, chronic hepatitis b patients who received anti-viral treatment before pregnancy, hepatitis activists during pregnancy, severe gestational complications and complications, such as gestational heart disease, severe preeclampsia, poor blood glucose control of gestational diabetes mellitus, premature delivery, FGR, etc. People with severe medical complications are not suitable for breastfeeding.
