研究目的：

1.帮助性与性别多元人群加深对自我心理健康状况的认识，减少寻求心理健康帮助的阻碍，增加寻求帮助的意愿和行为。 2.探究相关因素对于寻求心理健康帮助的态度及行为的中介和调节机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Help sexual and gender diverse people to deepen their understanding of their own mental health status, reduce obstacles to seeking mental health help, and increase their willingness and behavior to seek help. 2. To explore the mediating and moderating mechanisms of related factors for attitudes and behaviors of seeking mental health help.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

干预组：每个干预组包括4-6名受试者。首先，受试者观看求助干预视频；其次，研究者作为主持人，开展相关问题的结构化小组讨论；最后，受试者填写用于数据收集的反馈问卷。干预后两周之内，受试者可以自由选择观看干预视频，并在链接中获得性与性别多元群体自我帮助资源包（主题包括：正确认识性与性别多元的知识、正确认识焦虑抑郁的知识、正确理解专业帮助的知识以及精神心理健康医疗资源）。 对照组：对照组的流程与干预组相同，视频时长和讨论结构等因素尽可能与干预组保持一致，但视频及讨论内容不涉及心理健康求助相关的因素。受试同样可以在链接中获得对照版本的性与性别多元群体自我帮助资源包（主题包括：睡眠、运动、健康饮食习惯与心理健康的知识以及精神心理健康医疗资源）。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1. Intervention groups: Each intervention group included 4-6 subjects. First, subjects watched help-help intervention videos; second, researchers acted as moderators to conduct structured group discussions on relevant questions; and finally, subjects filled out feedback questionnaires for data collection. Within two weeks of the intervention, subjects were free to watch the intervention video and access the Sexual and Gender Diverse Group Self-Help Resource Kit at the link (Topics include: the correct understanding of sexual and gender diversity, the correct understanding of anxiety and depression, the correct understanding of professional help, and mental health and medical resources). 2. Control group: The process of the control group was the same as that of the intervention group, and factors such as video duration and discussion structure were as consistent as possible with the intervention group, but the video and discussion content did not involve factors related to mental health help-seeking. Subjects also have access to a controlled version of the Sexual and Gender Diverse Group Self-Help Resource Kit (topics include: sleep, exercise, knowledge of healthy eating habits and mental health, and mental health medical resources) at the link. 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18-29岁之间；
2.能够完成本项目中所有测评和干预项目；
3.DASS-21量表分数至少有一个维度达到中度或以上；
4.自我认同为多元性与性别的个体。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 18-29 years;
2. Be able to complete all assessments and interventions in this project;
3. The DASS-21 scale score is moderate or above in at least one dimension;
4. Self-identification as an individual of diversity and gender.

排除标准：

1.自我报告以往被诊断过精神病性障碍（比如精神分裂症、分裂性精神性障碍或其它疾病伴发的精神障碍）；
2.近半年有过自杀尝试；
3.目前有严重自杀意念；
4.近一年因心理精神问题寻求过专业帮助；
5.拒绝签署知情同意书或者不愿参加本项目；
6.没有安全私密的空间、稳定网络可接受干预的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Self-reported past diagnosis of psychotic disorders (such as schizophrenia, schizophrenia, or mental disorders associated with other diseases);
2. Suicide attempt in the past six months;
3. Currently having serious suicidal ideation;
4. Seeking professional help for psychological problems in the past year;
5. Refused to sign the informed consent or unwilling to participate in this project;
6. Subjects who do not have a safe and private space and a stable network can accept intervention.

盲法：

本研究为单盲研究，不向参与研究的被试告知其被分入干预组还是对照组，干预组和对照组采用相同的入组方式和研究流程，被试被告知这是一项性与性别多元群体心理健康相关的干预研究，干预组和对照组参与流程相同但内容不同的干预项目（观看视频+小组讨论+自我求助资源包）。通过上述方法避免被试获知其所在分组，防止产生偏倚。

Blinding：

The current study is a single-blind study, with the intention of not disclosing to participants whether they are part of the experimental or control group. Both the experimental and control groups will go through the same enrollment and experimental procedures, during which all participants will be informed that this study is related to the mental health of sexual and gender minority groups. Participants in both experimental and control groups will undergo the same intervention procedures (Intervention video + group discussion + self-help resources), but with different contents. The aforementioned procedures ensure participants will be prevented from knowing their actual group assignment and, hence, biases are also avoided.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究为线上随机对照实验，无纸质化病例记录表。病历记录表将通过线上服务平台制作和发放。数据采集和管理也在线上服务平台进行。为确保数据的保密性，仅课题组本项目研究人员可以获得线上服务平台的账号和密码。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study is an online randomized control experiment and, therefore, does not require hard copies of the case report forms (CRFs). CRFs will be created and distributed via a target online digital platform. Data collection and management will also take place on that platform. To ensure data privacy, only researchers of this particular project have access to the account number and its password on that online platform.
