探究经皮穴位电刺激对行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的老年患者术后认知功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy of TEAS on cognitive function in the elderly undergoing laparoscopic radical colorectal surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥60岁（性别不限）；
（2）在全身麻醉下行腹腔镜手术；
（3）BMI：18-30 kg/m2；
（4）ASA分级I-III级；
（5）同意接受本试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age ≥ 60 years (either gender);
(2) undergoing endotracheal intubation and laparoscopic radical colorectal surgery under general anesthesia;
(3) body mass index (BMI) 18-30 kg/m2;
(4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification levels I-III;
(5) patients provide signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）发生严重并发症；
（2）对电极片过敏；
（3）穴位刺激部位表面皮肤局部存在感染，伤口或瘢痕；
（4）患者有严重的中枢系统疾病及精神疾病；
（5）患者4周内参与其他临床试验；
（6）患者有听觉、视觉以及交流障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) serious surgery complications;
(2) known allergy to a patch glue;
(3) patients with skin infections, surgical incision or scar at the point of application of acupuncture; (
4) preoperative complications involving severe CNS diseases or severe mental diseases;
(5) participated in other clinical trials within four weeks;
(6) patients with hearing, visual and communication impairments.
