研究目的：

1）观察评估继发甲状旁腺功能亢进患者治疗前后激素水平、并发症、转归； 2）观察不同手术方式用于继发甲状旁腺功能亢进疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Observation and evaluation of hormone levels, complications and prognosis in patients with secondary hyperparathyrothyroidism before and after treatment; 2. Observation on the efficacy and safety of different surgical methods in secondary hyperparathyrothyroidism.

纳入标准：

1）符合慢性肾功能衰竭诊断；2）确诊为继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进（SHPT）的患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Consistent with the diagnosis of chronic renal failure;
2. Patients diagnosed with secondary hyperparathyrothyroidism (SHPT).

排除标准：

1）原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进
