研究目的：

探讨初产妇的抑郁、焦虑、分娩自我效能感和妊娠身体不适情况，评价瑜伽对初产妇抑郁、焦虑、分娩自我效能感、妊娠身体不适和分娩结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the depression, anxiety, childbirth self-efficacy and pregnancy physical discomforts among primiparas and to evaluate the effects of yoga on depression, anxiety, childbirth self-efficacy, pregnancy physical discomforts and delivery outcomes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 妊娠18-22周；
2. 年满18岁；
3. 单胎妊娠；
4. 四肢正常，能从事活动；
5. 会中文；
6. 在武汉居住至分娩。

Inclusion criteria

1. Primigravida, 18-22 weeks of gestation;
2. Aged ≧ 18 years;
3. Singleton pregnancy;
4. Normal extremities and able to undertake activities;
5. Chinese-speaking;
6. Live in Wuhan until delivery.

排除标准：

1. 决定剖腹产或硬膜外麻醉的妇女
2. 经医学检查有重大产科、医学妊娠相关并发症;
3. 超声检查发现胎儿异常或胎儿宫内窘迫;
4. 有瑜伽练习经验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women who decide to take caesarean sections or use epidural anesthesia;
2. With major obstetric or medical pregnancy-related complications by consulting to their doctors;
3. With fetal abnormalities or fetal distress in uterus which was confirmed by ultrasonography;
4. Have prior experience of practicing yoga.
