研究目的：

1. 调查 RA患者跌倒恐惧的临床特征； 2. 分析 RA患者跌倒恐惧发生的相关因素； 3. 评估简明 FES-I 应用于 RA患者跌倒恐惧测量的信效度； 4. 进行运动想象疗法与太极平衡三式联合应用缓解RA患者跌倒恐惧的效果评价。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the clinical features of fear of falling in RA patients; 2. To analyze the related factors of fear of falling in RA patients; 3. To evaluate the reliability and validity of the concise FES-I in the measurement of fear of falling in RA patients; 4. To evaluate the effect of combined application of motor imagery therapy and Tai Chi balance three-style to relieve the fear of falling in RA patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.本院风湿科住院及门诊的RA患者, 参考2010年ACR/EULAR (European League Against Rheumatism, EULAR) RA 分类标准；
2.使用/不使用助行器能独立行走；
3.年龄＞18岁；
4.对本研究知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Inpatient and outpatient RA patients in the rheumatology department of our hospital, refer to the 2010 ACR/EULAR (European League Against Rheumatism, EULAR) RA classification criteria;
2. Able to walk independently with or without a walker;
3. Aged > 18 years;
4. Informed consent for this study.

排除标准：

1.心、脑、肺、肾等重要脏器合并症或并发症；
2.罹患影响步态的相关疾病如神经系统疾病、骨骼肌肉系统疾病等；
3.认知、言语、听力障碍；
4.过去一年内有骨折、手术及关节置换史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complications or complications of important organs such as the heart, brain, lung, and kidney;
2. Suffering from related diseases that affect gait, such as neurological diseases, musculoskeletal diseases, etc.;
3. Cognitive, speech, hearing impairment;
4. History of fracture, surgery and joint replacement within the past year.
