研究目的：

评价甲状旁腺切除术对维持性透析并继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者营养不良和炎症状态的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of Total Parathyroidectomy (PTx) on maintenance hemodialysis MHD) and the effects of malnutrition and inflammatory state in patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①维持性透析患者iPTH持续大于800ng/L且出现明显瘙痒、骨痛；
②持续高磷血症或和高钙血症药物治疗无效者；
③高频超声检查显示甲状旁腺增大，至少1枚大于1cm且血流丰富者；
④对维生素D治疗抵抗者。

Inclusion criteria

① iPTH of maintenance dialysis patients was continuously greater than 800ng/L with obvious itching and bone pain;
② Patients with persistent hyperphosphatemia or ineffective drug treatment with hypercalcemia;
(3) High frequency ultrasound showed enlargement of parathyroid gland, with at least one more than 1cm and abundant blood flow;
④ Resistance to vitamin D treatment.

排除标准：

①合并严重肝脏疾病者；
②合并严重肺部疾病者；
③合并肿瘤者；
④有肾移植史者；
⑤合并严重感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with severe liver disease;
② patients with severe lung diseases;
③ Patients with tumors;
(4) those with a history of kidney transplantation;
⑤ With severe cases.
