研究目的：

在我国多个现场开展针对新型风险分级筛查方案和传统内镜筛查方案的大样本多中心筛查随机对照试验，比较不同筛查方案的上消化道癌筛查效能，以最终制定适合不同地区的有效可行的筛查方案，最终提高我国上消化癌早诊率，降低死亡率。  

Objectives of Study：

Based in multiple fields across China, to carry out a large-sample randomized controlled screening trial, focusing on new risk classification screening strategies and traditional endoscopic screening for upper gastrointestinal tract cancer, to compare efficiency of various screening strategies. The results will be applied in developing suitable and effective screening recommendations for different regions of the country, and ultimately to improve early detection rate and to reduce mortality rate of upper gastrointestinal tract cancers in populations in China.

纳入标准：

40～69 岁当地户籍居民，既往无癌症史，一般状况良好，近3 年未参加过内镜筛查，自愿参加本项目。

Inclusion criteria

The local resident aged 40-69 years, no previous cancer history, in a good general condition. No endoscopic screening experience within 3 years, willing to participate.

排除标准：

明确诊断为食管癌或胃癌的患者，患有其他癌症的患者，患有其他严重疾病者，生活不能自理者，不愿意接受项目后续检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals who are diagnosed with esophageal cancer, stomach cancer, any other cancer(s), or with any serious diseases, individuals who could not take care of himself or herself, and individuals who were unwilling to receive follow-up examination.
