Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy female college students (no injury history for half a year)
2. Champion member of Group B A of sports college
3. No functional disorders

基线测试后进行随机分组,运用扑克牌标记把参与者随机分配到两组: 实验组(VBRT)或(PBRT),扑克牌由不知情的第三方进行抽取,并且没有进一步参与研究。受试者和所有研究员均不能事先知道或决定干预对象将分配到哪一组接受治疗,也不能从已经进入的组别推测出下一个患者将分配到哪一组。随机数字表顺序编码进行简单随机化分组,随机分配方案的隐匿则由第二研究员产生随机分配序列和第三研究员确定受试对象合格性,并且由第一作者产生和保存随机分配序列的人员。分组后,参与者被专项教练口头告知她们的小组任务,一视同仁地建议在实验期间不能进行额外的抗阻训练,但可以进行正常的篮球训练。

After baseline, participants were randomly assigned to one of two groups using card markers: experimental group (VBRT) or (PBRT). Cards were drawn by an uninformed third party and were not further involved in the study. Neither the subjects nor any investigator could know or determine in advance which group

盲法:

训练期间,VBRT组与PBRT组训练时间错开,受试者无法知晓所使用的是目标干预措施和其他分组的训练情况。测试者对分组分配不知情,并进行了所有指标测试。收集资料、分析解释研究结果的统计学家同样不知道哪组资料属于对照组,哪组属于测试组。为了保持评估者的盲目,除第一作者外所有研究员均不了解研究目的。确认哪些受试者属于那些组的信息交由第三方保管,并且在实验结束后解盲。

Blinding:

During the training, the VBRT group and the PBRT group staggered the training time, so the subjects could not know whether the target intervention was used or the training situation of other groups. The testers were unaware of the grouping assignment and all indicators were tested. The statisticians who collected the data and analyzed and interpreted the results also did not know which data belonged to the control group and which to the test group. In order to keep the evaluators blind, the purpose of the study was unknown to all researchers except the first author. Information confirming which subjects belonged to those groups was kept in escrow and unblinded after the experiment.
