研究目的：

建立双相情感障碍患者丙戊酸群体药代动力学模型，确定丙戊酸在不同患者群体的最佳给药方案，实现丙戊酸的个体化给药和精准化治疗，将丙戊酸群体药代动力学模型真正推广于临床应用。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a population pharmacokinetic model of valproic acid in patients with bipolar disorder for plasma concentration estimation and individualized treatment, and investigate the best dosage regimen in different patient groups.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 住院患者。
2. 符合DSM-V关于双相情感障碍的临床诊断标准。
3. >18岁。
4. 获得患者的书面知情同意，如患者在发病期无行为能力需获得其法定监护人的书面知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients in hospital.
2. Patients who meet DSM-V for bipolar disorder.
3. Aged > 18 years.
4. All patients or their caregivers are informed, and give consent to take part in the study.

排除标准：

1. 患有严重的不稳定躯体疾病者：已确诊的糖尿病、甲状腺疾病、心脏病等。
2. 有癫痫史者，高热惊厥者除外。
3. 不能遵医嘱服药者。
4. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Current or past history of serious medical illness, for example diabetes, thyroid disease, cardiovascular diseases, etc.
2. History of epilepsy, except febrile convulsion.
3. Patients who cannnot take the medication as prescribed.
4. Pregnancy or lactation.
