研究目的：

探讨不同途径硫酸镁注射联合腰方肌阻滞对全麻下腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者血流动力学及术后镇痛的影响。减少其他药物如阿片类镇痛药的使用，进一步优化麻醉方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of magnesium sulfate injection combined with quadrat lumbosum block on hemodynamics and postoperative analgesia of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy under general anesthesia. To reduce the use of other drugs, such as opioid analgesics, to further optimize the anesthesia plan.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-65周岁；
2. 接受腹腔镜全子宫切除患者；
3. ASAⅠ～Ⅲ级；

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 65 years old;
2. Patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy;
3. ASA class I - III.

排除标准：

1. 神经阻滞禁忌者；
2. 有心脏病史、肝肾疾病史；
3. 长期使用钙通道阻滞剂、高镁血症者；
4. 有精神病史、严重听力视力障碍或其他原因无法交流与访视者；
5. 其他严重合并症、手术禁忌症及肿瘤远处转移；
6. 患者及家属拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindication of nerve block;
2. History of heart disease, liver and kidney disease;
3. Long term use of calcium channel blockers and hypermagnesemia;
4. Those who have mental history, serious hearing and visual impairment or are unable to communicate and visit for other reasons;
5. There were other serious complications, surgical contraindications and distant metastasis of the tumor;
6. The patient and his family refused to participate.
