研究目的：

目的:探讨使用3D打印多孔填充材料修复重建胫骨近端巨大缺损的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To review the clinical outcomes of revision total knee arthroplasty (RTKA) with massive proximal tibial bone defects using patient-customized three-dimensional (3D)-printed highly porous metaphyseal cones.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）因原发性膝关节骨性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎或创伤性关节炎等疾病需要进行初次关节置换术，或因各种原因行膝关节置换翻修手术
（2）胫骨侧或股骨侧存在AORI分型II型及以上的骨缺损
（3）行单侧关节置换手术
（4）年龄在 18-85 岁的患者（包括 18 和 85 岁）；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Primary joint replacement is required for primary knee osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis or traumatic arthritis, or revision knee replacement is required for various reasons
(2) Tibial or femoral bone defects of AORI classification TYPE II or above
(3) Unilateral joint replacement was performed
(4) Patients aged 18-85 years (including 18 and 85 years);

排除标准：

（1）合并下列疾患：肾功能不全、肝功能不全、严重心脏疾患、严重呼吸系统疾患、凝血功能障碍、中风以及恶性肿瘤病史
（2）类风湿性关节炎活动期；
（3）假体周围感染尚未完全控制时；
（4）骨肿瘤导致骨缺损的患者；
（5）患者有骨软化症或任何可能损害骨形成的代谢紊乱；
（6）患者对钛合金等植入物存在过敏或可疑过敏；
（7）骨骼发育不成熟的患者；
（8）患者怀孕或处于哺乳期或为受保护人群（如囚犯、精神不健全等）

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of the following diseases: renal insufficiency, liver insufficiency, severe heart disease, severe respiratory disease, coagulopathy, stroke, and malignant tumor
(2) rheumatoid arthritis in active stage;
(3) when the infection around the prosthesis is not completely controlled;
(4) patients with bone defects caused by bone tumors;
(5) The patient has osteomalacia or any metabolic disorder that may impair bone formation;
(6) Patients have allergies or suspected allergies to titanium implants;
(7) Patients with immature bone development;
(8) The patient is pregnant or breast-feeding or is a protected population (e.g. prisoner, mentally impaired, etc.)
