研究目的：

对比在粪菌移植治疗中经中消化道途径徒手放置的螺旋形鼻空肠管与经内镜放置的肠内管的舒适度、并发症、经济成本的研究。  

Objectives of Study：

The comfort, complications and economic cost of the hand - placed spiral nasojejunal tube and endoscopic-placed transendoscopic enteral tube in the treatment of fecal microbiota transplantation by mid-gut were compared．

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 患者因消化系统疾病需要行FMT治疗同意选择经中消化道途径置管。
2. 年龄：18-80岁。
3. 置管时间2天以上。
4. 置管期间能配合治疗，不主动拔管。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who needed FMT treatment for digestive system disease agreed to choose the mid-gut catheterization.
2. Age: 18-80.
3. Catheterization time is more than 2 days.
4. During the catheterization, the patient can cooperate with the treatment and does not take the initiative to extubate.

排除标准：

1. 食管狭窄、鼻咽喉肿瘤。
2. 胃镜检查禁忌症（如：伴有严重心肺脑疾病的患者，伴有精神障碍不能配合的患者，极度衰竭不能耐受胃镜检查的患者等）。
3. 随访期间要求退出试验。
4. 不能配合随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Esophageal stricture, nasopharyngeal tumors
2. Contraindication for gastroscopy (e.g., patients with severe cardiopulmonary and brain diseases,
patients with mental disorders that cannot cooperate, patients with extreme failure that cannot tolerate gastroscopy, etc.)
3. Withdrawal from the study was required during follow-up.
4. Inability to cooperate with the interviewer.
