研究目的：

目前尚无自闭症与皮肤屏障功能相关性的研究，本研究旨在检测健康儿童与自闭症儿童皮肤屏障功能生理参数，比较其是否存在差异。同时将CureCode Double Barrier Cream随机分组应用于自闭症儿童，观察该产品是否能改善自闭症儿童的皮肤屏障功能，以及是否会影响患儿自闭症评定量表评分。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, there is no study on the correlation between autism and skin barrier function. This study aims to detect the epidermal biophysical properties of skin barrier function of healthy children and autistic children and find out whether there are differences. Furthermore, CureCode Double Barrier Cream will be randomly applied to autistic children to observe whether the product can improve the skin barrier function and whether it would affect the score of the autism rating scale.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

健康儿童：
1.年龄为 3-6 岁的健康学龄前儿童；
2.双侧前臂无皮损。
自闭症儿童：
1.由儿童精神科医生或发育儿科医生、儿童心理治疗师及儿童康复师诊断的自闭症谱系障碍者，并符合DSM-5诊断标准；
2.根据 CARS-2 进行诊断验证；
3.年龄为 3-6 岁的学龄前儿童；
4.在过去的两个月里，行为或医学治疗上没有重大变化，并且在接下来 2 个月的研究中也没有打算做出改变。

Inclusion criteria

Healthy children:
1.Healthy preschoolers aged 3 to 6 years;
2.No skin lesions on both forearms.
Autistic children:
1.Patients with autism spectrum disorders diagnosed by child psychiatrists, developmental pediatricians, child psychotherapists or child therapists, and meeting the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5;
2.Diagnose was verified according to CARS-2;
3.Preschool children aged 3 to 6 years;
4.There were no significant changes in behavior or medical treatment in the past two months, and no changes were planned for the next two months of the study.

排除标准：

健康儿童：
诊断为特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis, AD)等累及全身的皮肤病。
自闭症儿童：
1.诊断有其他精神障碍，包括注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)、强迫、焦虑、抑郁等；
2.诊断器质性脑损伤、癫痫等神经系统疾病者；
3.双前臂皮肤存在皮损、诊断为特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis, AD)、对化妆品成分有过敏史者。

Exclusion criteria：

Healthy children:
Diagnosed as atopic dermatitis (AD) or other skin diseases involving the whole body.
Autistic children:
1.Diagnosed with other mental disorders, including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), compulsion, anxiety, depression, etc.;
2.Diagnosed with organic brain injury, epilepsy, or other neurological diseases;
3.Patients with skin lesions on both forearms, diagnosed as atopic dermatitis (AD), or allergic history to cosmetic ingredients.
