研究目的:

从临床方面系统统计和荟萃分析相关基因与老年慢性肾脏病及不良预后、已知基因与衰弱程度之间的相关性,从基因层面初步建立老年慢性肾脏病临床预测模型。  

Objectives of Study:

The clinical prediction model of chronic kidney disease in the elderly was preliminarily established from the gene level by systematic statistical and meta-analysis of the correlation between related genes and chronic kidney disease and poor prognosis in the elderly, as well as between known genes and the degree of frailty.

纳入标准:

1.年龄>=60岁;
2.就诊于首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged>=60 years old;
2.Admitted to Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital, Capital Medical University.

排除标准:

1.肿瘤;
2.急性感染性疾病;
3.急性肾损伤;
4.自身免疫性疾病;
5.移植。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Tumour;
2.Acute infectious diseases;
3.Acute kidney injury;
4.Autoimmune diseases;
5.Transplantation.
