研究目的：

通过对比不同浓度罗哌卡因行囊周神经阻滞用于髋关节置换手术对患者术后疼痛及功能恢复的影响，为临床麻醉提供新的思路，为患者提供更舒适、更有效的麻醉方式，促进术后的快速康复。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the effects of pericapsular nerve block with different concentrations of ropivacaine on postoperative pain and functional recovery of patients undergoing hip arthroplasty, we can provide new ideas for clinical anesthesia, provide more comfortable and effective anesthesia methods for patients, and promote rapid postoperative recovery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄50-80岁，男性或女性患者，拟行髋关节置换手术的患者；
2. ASA分级1~3级；
3. BMI：20~30；
4. 愿意接受本临床研究，愿意签署相关知情同意书的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 50-80 years, male or female, who plan to undergo hip replacement;
2. ASA grade 1-3;
3. BMI 20~30;
4. Patients who are willing to accept the clinical study and sign relevant informed consent forms.

排除标准：

1. 存在严重的心肺疾病、严重感染；
2. 接受其他药物临床实验：30天内或7个药物半衰期内。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious cardiopulmonary disease and infection;
2. Clinical trials of other drugs: within 30 days or within 7 half lives.

Random numbers are generated by SPSS software, and eligible patients will be randomly divided into two groups by computer in the ratio of 1:1.

盲法：

分组情况只有执行神经阻滞的麻醉医生知晓，实施全身麻醉和进行随访的麻醉医生和麻醉护士不知晓。分组情况及神经阻滞操作由专门的麻醉医师1在麻醉准备间操作，然后由麻醉医师2实施全身麻醉，术后随访由麻醉医师3和一位麻醉护士进行。

Blinding：

The grouping was known only by the anesthesiologist performing the nerve block, but not by the anesthesiologist and anesthesiologist performing general anesthesia and follow-up. Grouping and nerve block operation were performed by special anesthesiologist 1 in the anesthesia preparation room, then general anesthesia was performed by anesthesiologist 2, and postoperative follow-up was performed by anesthesiologist 3 and an anesthesia nurse.
