研究目的：

探索出一套适合中国人的数字替身软件辅助下的幻听心理治疗操作技术。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore a set of auditory hallucination psychotherapy technology assisted by digital avatar software suitable for Chinese people.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.所有参与者均签署书面知情同意；
2.诊断为精神分裂症谱系障碍（ICD-10 f20-29），有持续的听幻觉；
3.年龄16岁-45岁，会说会读中文；
4.所有参与者在试验前都服用过抗精神病药物，但他们的听幻觉对先前的治疗没有反应或只是部分反应；
5.所有受试者需同意继续接受标准的抗精神病药物治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. All participants signed written informed consent;
2. Diagnosed with schizophrenia spectrum disorder (ICD-10 f20-29) with persistent auditory hallucinations;
3. Aged 16-45 years, can speak and read Chinese;
4. All participants had taken antipsychotic drugs before the trial, but their auditory hallucinations did not respond or only partially responded to previous treatment;
5. All subjects must agree to continue to receive standard antipsychotic medication.

排除标准：

1.精神症状严重不能完成有效访谈和自评量表者；
2.正在接受精神病的其他心理治疗;
3.被诊断患有器质性脑疾病；
4.因物质滥用导致的幻听。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe mental symptoms who cannot complete effective interviews and self-assessment scales;
2. Are receiving other psychotherapy for mental illness;
3. Diagnosed with organic brain disease;
4. Auditory hallucinations caused by substance abuse.
